I am Nacho Magro, physical education teacher, certified personal trainer and creator of Smart Move Training.
I am not the typical hard and demanding trainer that asks you to make drastic changes to give you quick results. A healthy lifestyle is not a 60-day challenge. For me the secret lies in empathy, in putting myself in each person’s shoes and understanding to what extent you are able to compromise.
Small changes lead to big achievements. It has taken me time, but I have managed to get many people to understand that happiness is found in balance. Your week can have room for some exercise, good rest, small treats and rich, healthy food. Well organised, we can enjoy it all.

Because if you train as you should, eat as you should and rest as you should, results are inevitable. Smart Move Training makes it as easy as possible by adapting to you and your needs to improve your weekly habits and achieve results in the most efficient way possible.
Our main goal at Smart Move is to teach you how to nourish yourself. At Smart Move we believe that the word “diet” sounds like punishment and most of them are not sustainable over time. Each person has specific nutritional needs and also specific personal circumstances. We will teach you the best way to organise your meals and nutrients in your daily life to achieve your goals in the most efficient way possible.
The sessions have a total duration of about 50′, including 10′ of warm-up, 30′ of the main part of the session and 10′ of cool down. You can book or cancel a session up to two hours in advance. Any sessions not taken can be made up within the duration of each plan.
